Build
Alzate Construction is here to help you bring your vision to life. We specialize in residential and commercial construction projects and are dedicated to quality and efficiency. What sets us apart is our commitment to Universal Design, which means we consider the needs of everyone, regardless of age, size or abilities. We understand that spaces should be designed with the intention of making them accessible to everyone, and we strive to provide this service to all our clients.
Construction Planning
The initial interview is the first step in the planning process for a construction project. During this interview, the client and contractor will discuss the project goals and timeline, the scope of the project, and the budget. The contractor will also provide an estimate of how long the project is expected to take and the costs associated with it. This will allow the client to make an informed decision about working with the contractor
Construction Management
Our construction company is led by a licensed general contractor with a degree in architecture and a passion for creating beautiful and functional spaces. Our project managers are dedicated to overseeing every detail of the project and ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget and to the highest of standards. They have extensive experience in working with architects, designers, and subcontractors to coordinate a successful project. They are also experienced in managing schedules, budgets, and personnel. Our project managers are committed to providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our clients are satisfied with the final product.
Implementation
Alzate Construction offers the following services:
Project Management / Design / Build
This is a turn-key service where the client interacts with Alzate Construction from the beginning to the end of the project. Alzate Construction acts as the owner agent to retain and manage the entire professional, consulting, and subcontracting firms to complete projects.
General Contracting
This service includes construction only. After plans has been created by others and approved by the city we will implement all the construction phases.
Sub contracting
This service is provided to the client, subcontracted BY another general contractor, and it will be for specific parts of the project.
Legalization
This service will be provided to the client when the building department has issued a violation for construction done by others without permits and it is required to legalize the project.
